Nuestro reto y compromiso es hacer que los niños se diviertan en la cocina, colaboren en casa con los papas y aprendan a realizar platos ricos y saludables, adquiriendo a su vez hábitos saludables de alimentación.
Igualmente fomentamos una serie de valores y habilidades durante la actividad como son:

Habrá platos que les encantarán, con sabores «fáciles» para ellos. También habrá platos menos «resultones», que no siempre son los preferidos de los niños (verduras, pescados, fruta…) pero que forman parte esencial de una dieta sana y equilibrada, y que conviene que se acostumbren a ellos y descubran sus virtudes y sabores, bien combinados.
